OPPORTUNITIES
TO GROW AND SERVE
At God's Family Church you will be discipled and equipped to disciple others. It is a safe place to learn and grow alongside others who are also work in progress. The goal of the leadership is to help you get delivered from sin and Satan, get discipled for continuous spiritual growth, discover and develop your gifts and destiny vocation, and ultimately get deployed for kingdom expansion and fulfilment of destiny. This process involves lots of opportunities to serve locally, nationally and globally.
Recommended Resource
As we reflect on Pentecost Sunday—the day the Holy Spirit was poured out and the Church was empowered for mission—God’s Generals by Roberts Liardon offers a timely and inspiring resource to stir our faith. This compelling collection of spiritual biographies shines a spotlight on men and women who lived fully surrendered to the power of the Holy Spirit, much like the believers in the Upper Room.
Each of the featured revivalists—William J. Seymour, Aimee Semple McPherson, Smith Wigglesworth, and Kathryn Kuhlman—was marked by bold faith, deep intimacy with God, and a supernatural ministry that helped spark revival and draw people to Christ. Their stories are not just historical—they are reminders that Pentecost is not just an event to remember, but a reality to walk in. Through their teachings, miracles, and Spirit-filled leadership, these generals demonstrate what a life empowered by the Holy Spirit can look like in our generation.
As you read their testimonies, you are invited to:
God’s Generals is more than a book—it’s a wake-up call to the Church to live with purpose, boldness, and fire. This Pentecost, it serves as both a historical record and a spiritual roadmap for anyone longing to experience a deeper move of God.
